Quotes and pricing

Prices on this site and in the Help Center are starting prices or estimates. Your written quote or invoice confirms the final scope and price. Managed Backup and Managed Endpoint Security are priced per computer, per month; servers are quoted separately.

No long-term contract

Backup and endpoint security plans are month to month. To cancel, call or email us.

Monitoring and response

Managed plans use automated, continuous security monitoring. Alerts are triaged and responded to during business hours; this is not a 24/7 staffed operation. Same-day support depends on when you call and the nature of the issue.

Remote support

Remote sessions only start when you run them with a technician on the phone, and you can end a session at any time.
